Since 2012, Jason Baker Design have meticulously built a reputation for excellent craftsmanship. We have completed many ambitious commercial property projects for offices, distilleries, and hotels.

We work alongside some of the country’s most talented architects and contractors to deliver outstanding commercial interiors. Our clients include HWU, Chris Stewart Group and Novotel.

We like to push the boundaries of specialist joinery with innovative designs, working with a wide range of different materials, from wood and exotic veneers, to Corian, Hi-Macs and Hanex.

At the heart of our ethos is our warm, personal client service, based on rigorous project management and attention to detail. That’s why we are trusted by architects and main contractors. Many of our projects are in Edinburgh, Glasgow and across Central Scotland. We can also service developments further afield in the North, London and the South.

Working with Chris Stewart Group (CSG), Jason Baker Design played a key role in the transformation of the 38,000 sq ft 1980s Greenside offices into grade A workspace. As a result, the project won a British Council of Offices (BCO) Award for the ‘Best Refurbished and Recycled Commercial Property’:

Office Refurbishment

An award winning renovation project which saw a 30 year old office building completely transformed to meet the needs of 21st century demands. We were commissioned to produce various elements including charred wood cladding and 100 fire rated door panels.

Reception Desk

We were commissioned to create a unique reception desk with an industrial twist. The client wanted a reception area that allowed the staff to move freely around the desk and interact with guests in a more informal way. A free-standing piece was designed and manufactured using a mixture of laminate veneers and solid surface material.

Handmade Kitchen

A young family came to us when they needed a new kitchen in the heart of their full home renovation. The kitchen had to be classic to suit the period surroundings, while embracing the daily needs and style of a modern family.
